BAYOU CITY LUMBER was established in 1994 in Houston, TX and is a true modern American success story. Initially specializing in timbers, the company now encompasses 8.5 acres of timbers, poles, pilings and a host of other quality building materials.

non-government, not-for-profit organization established to promote the responsible management of the
world's forest. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is the most comprehensive certification that provides internationally recognized standard-setting, trademark assurance and accreditation services to companies
interested in responsible forestry. To achieve FSC certification, Bayou City Lumber must comply with a series
of principles and criteria relating to environmental and social standards.
